§1 What is a cookie
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They allow the site to recognize your device across pages and visits. We also use similar technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage), described here under the umbrella term "cookies".
§2 Categories and purposes
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Lifetime | Consent? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | dr_lang, dr_consent, dr_agent_session_id | Language, consent record, chat widget session | 12 months or session | Not required (LGPD/GDPR) |
| Analytics | Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk); Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) | Heatmaps, aggregate metrics, site improvement | Up to 13 months | Yes (opt‑in) |
| Marketing | LinkedIn Insight (li_*), Meta Pixel (when active in campaigns) | B2B campaign measurement and remarketing | Up to 12 months | Yes (opt‑in) |
§3 How to manage your preferences
- The consent banner is shown on your first visit; click "Preferences" to choose categories.
- To review or change at any time, click or clear the site's cookies in your browser.
- You can block cookies directly in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). This may degrade the experience (language, chat).
- Modern browsers respect the "Global Privacy Control" signal — when detected, we treat it as opt‑out.
§4 Third‑party cookies and jurisdiction
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by third parties (Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn). Each has its own privacy policy. These providers may transfer data outside Brazil/the EU; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent LGPD mechanisms.
§5 Updates
This policy may be updated. Current version: 2026‑04‑27 (G40). See also Privacy Policy and Trust Center.
